About me:

My name is Dr. Purabi Roy a dedicated Math and Science teacher with more than 14 years of teaching experience. I am a Ontario Certified Teacher and a Ph.D in Microbiology with a few international publications. I started roytutoring with a plan to devote my time promoting the importance of science learning and enhance education through practice and examples. I have a lot of experience with wide variety of teaching methods to make learning fun and engage students in the learning process. I listen to student and parent’s concerns and act accordingly to ensure students are learning to best to their capabilities.  I also believe in being a facilitator during lessons and help students revise the concepts learnt in past grades.
